Let me introduce myself.
I'm Steve Dennis, Qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
Trust me when I say 'I know how you feel'. I wasn't always fit and healthy.
I've been there over-weight, self-conscious, feeling unattractive and worthless. I spent years drinking and over eating thinking it would make me feel better about myself. But it didn't! It actually made it 10 times worse.
I hit rock bottom in my 30's...
My life changed the day I was sat in the doctors surgery being told that I have developed Type 2 Diabetes. I sat there thinking was all the partying and drinking worth it? Is this what my future and life had come to? Were my kids going to see their dad as someone who was ill and constantly on medication.
I started to learn about Nutrition & Exercise, I worked hard mentally and physically. I transformed my life, body and career.
I made the choice that I wanted better...
I wanted to feel confident and good about myself.
I wanted my kids to look up to me and be proud.
I didn't want to be the overweight Steve, popping pills to try and help an illness.
In the past 4 years I still have to go for my Diabetes check up and each year I'm told that it has gone. My bloods are normal and my eye sight is as good as any man my age.
This is why I do what I do, why I help people transform themselves and lives.
